2. Terms of Service (Conditions Générales d'Utilisation)

Access to and use of this website are subject to these terms. By using our website and portal, you accept these terms in full.

• Reformer Bed Reservations: Bookings open 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be performed at least 12 hours prior to the session. Late cancellations result in a lost credit.
• Waitlists: When a spot opens up, the first eligible person on the waitlist receives a temporary email offer. The booking is confirmed only after the member claims the offer while it is still valid.
• Studio Conduct: Form-fitting apparel and clean grip socks (mandatory for safety and hygiene) must be worn at all times on reformer beds.

3. Privacy Policy (Politique de Confidentialité)

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected during sign up (name, email, phone) is exclusively used for booking management, waitlist updates, and studio communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
